娘の誕生日をタジン鍋を使って鶏肉を丸焼きにして、祝いました。
鳥をまるまる入れて、後は電子レンジで待つこと90分。
肉が軟らかく、うまみが逃げない味でした。
本日、鍋を買ったばかりでしたので、もう少し、レシピーを研究しようと思いました。
