不登校, 高校中退の救済を目指す方へ
昨日のスタッフとの朝、ミーティングでは上機嫌について話しました。
「GW明けから、一生懸命に朝早く起きて来る生徒達に上機嫌じゃなくちゃダメだぜ、特に不登校や高校中退者は自信が無い子が多く、暗くなりがちでしょ。相手の気持ちになってやる事も大事だけど、同調しちゃダメだよ。相談でもあるでしょ。お兄ちゃんが不登校になったら、妹も弟も不登校、ついでに母親もうつ病って。シャレにならないけど、不登校ってうつるんだよ。もちろん、病原菌の事を言っているんじゃないよ。雰囲気だよ。人間は本能的に危険を察知しないと生き残れないから、自然にしていると、不安や不幸だと思っちゃうけど、努めて、明るく、幸せにしている事が大事なような気がする。生徒達の前では常に上機嫌でなくてはならない！ オッケイ？」と。
生徒達が登校して、今日は今まで以上にスタッフは明るく
「おはよう！ GW中 何をしていた？」等とあいさつを交わしてました。
「課題が少なかったので、やる気が蒸発した」 「友達と映画を見に行った」等、
明るいレスが返ってきました。
生徒達の明るい反応を見て、私も更に元気をもらいました。
明るい雰囲気はこのようにどんどん周りに良い影響を与えますね！！！
