不登校、高校中退の救済を目指すサポーターの皆様 お早うございます。
先日、「高校一年生の親ですが、入学先の高校に問題があって、苦情があるのですが〜」といった電話相談を受けました。
中学、高校への不満はどの学校に行っても少なからず、あるものですよね。特に私立の場合は学校の批判＝自主退学になる事もあるので、
慎重にお願いしますね。ご本人がその高校で不登校になってしまったら、東京都内在住であれば、学期毎に高校転校試験を実施しております。
高校転校という言葉ではなく、都立補欠募集（編入,転学,転入）等といった専門用語です。
どうしても学校側の対応で納得がいかなければ、都立補欠募集などの制度を利用して、転学するのも手かもしれません。
東京近郊の埼玉、千葉、神奈川などの県立高校ではこのような転学制度は制度上ありません。
これも不思議な話ですよね。これほど、高校中退が多いのに、一家転住＝家族全員の引っ越しでは無いと、受けつけてもらえないのです。
