都立高校の転学試験は終盤を迎え、残りは定時制になってきた。 都立の欠員募集は必ずといっていいほど面接がある。 都立高校の転学試験を担当している先生に聞くと、「途中からガラの悪いの入ってこられてもねー、中退理由はきちんと聞くし、成績も入ってきたら上位を狙えるような子を取りたいよね」というような答えだった。 先日の都立日本橋高校の事件でもわかると思うが、公立高校の先生は”余計な生活指導までしたくない、ガラの悪い奴は成績が良くても改ざんしてまでも入学させたくない”というのが本音だと思う。 転校希望者や保護者はここまでの実態はわからないし、公立だから受け皿として受け取ってくれるだろうという甘い考えで臨むとすれば、結果は見えている。 無理もない話だが、高校転校希望者は相談するところが多くはない、在籍している先生に相談ができるだろうか？、お世話になった中学の先生や塾の先生には聞きづらい、都立の相談窓口はある事はあるが、日程的なことや当たり障りのないことしか教えてくれないらしい。 そんなとき、当連合会を利用して欲しい。 このような世情だからこそ、高卒はあきらめないで欲しい。
