皆さん、お早うございます。 今日はあいにくの雨、生徒の企画によるフットサル大会
残念です。こうした企画も元引きこもり3年の子が中心で企画、運営してます。
さて、明日は高校中退、不登校の講演会を当会、副理事長 大河内先生を招いて、開催します。高校中退？でお悩みの方、是非、お越し下さい。
先週、土日は仕事が多く、申請書準備、諸々、残務整理をしてました。
【1300年祭り 高麗神社】
『続日本紀（しょくにほんぎ）』によれば、僕の近所、高麗郡建郡当初、東国７ヶ国に住む高麗人1799人が武蔵国に移住したとあり、今から、1300年前の事だそうです。高麗神社はその、ルーツなんです。当時の最先端の技術が日本にもたらされたわけです。ワクワクしますね。今週も素晴らしいことが起こるように、お参りに行って来ました。今年、この日のため、社殿も新しくなったんです。祝 高麗神社 1300年！

【一週間分の食材】
土日は一週間の食材から朝食、夕食の作り置きをします。鶏肉、鶏ガラスープ、いわし、ショウガの酢漬け、ひよこ豆、ぬか漬け（地元のキュウリ、カブ、にんじん、ナス）等。僕は、圧力鍋、無水鍋などで、時間短縮してます。また、魚は圧力鍋、調理で骨毎食べるようにしてます。骨や頭を捨てるのは勿体ないですし、物忘れ、認知症予防はDHA等、言われているので、努めてて食べるようにしてます。
