こんにちは。教務担当の竹村です。
本日は、インターン募集のチラシを見て3名の学生が面接・試験を受けに来てくれました。
まずは、我々の活動内容（高卒資格支援、不登校・引きこもり支援、大学受験対策、転学試験対策、自然体験等の体験活動、就労支援、公務員対策等試験対策）の説明をしました。また我々の教育理念である『子供達が規則正しい生活をし、自信を持ち、自律し、社会に貢献する未来を実現』という理念に共感してもらいました。
その後、3教科（英数国）の試験＋課題作文（不登校を減らすためには）をしてもらいました。
午後の授業からは、一人の学生が残ってくれるということで中学生・高校生と混じってレクリエーションをしてもらいました。ダウトというトランプゲームをして盛り上がっていました。勉強だけでなく、レクリエーションを通じて異年齢と交流できる機会があるというの非常に良い体験だと思います。
若いインターン学生は、生徒と年齢も近く、すぐに打ち解けられるというメリットがあり即戦力です！
また、今後の就職活動の際にはインターン活動を通して学べたことにより、よい結果も出ています！（次回のブログで掲載予定）
