皆さんこんにちは！高卒支援会責任者の竹村です。
今回の保護者会・忘年会は、NPOとしての活動報告もさせていただきました。
まずは、今年度のスタッフを紹介いたしました。
常駐の職員が5名。現場責任者として私がやらせて頂いております。
インターンとボランティアの方は、ボラ市民というボランティア掲載サイトにて来てくれた方々が多いです。キャリア教育の一環で当会所属の高校生もインターンシップとして参加しております。
次は、教室紹介です。まずは、新宿エルタワー教室です。
現在は、フィールドワークやボードゲーム、テーブルゲームを通してコミュニケーション能力を養成していきます。
普遍的な学校ではできないような取り組みを中心に、最終的には自律を目指し上級学校に進学や、就職を目指してもらいます。
次は、水道橋教室のご紹介です。
現在、当会のメイン教室となっております。全日制高校のような教室として運営しております。
他通信との違いとしては、生徒主体のイベント企画の運営、文化祭や、学生インターンとして社会体験できることです。
今年1年のイベント紹介です。
基本的には、月2回以上のイベント活動をしております。生徒だけでなく、マラソン大会や高尾山のような毎年恒例のものもあります。
また、大学生インターンによるイベント企画もあり様々な体験ができます。
最後に、生徒数推移です。
4月と比べ約1.5倍に増えました。また、実際に生徒登校数は格段と上がり現在ではほぼ毎日20人以上登校できるような環境となっております。
さて、保護者会・忘年会の中身ですが、総勢40名を超える大盛況でした。
理事からの挨拶からはじまり、先ほどの報告をさせていただきました。
また、後半は生徒の催し物もあり、個人的にはとても楽しい会となりました！
来年1月にも保護者会を実施致しますので是非ご相談ください。今年も1年ありがとうございました。
